One of THOSE days

I'm having one if those days. You know. The kind of day where everyone bugs the crap out of you. My husband is bugging me. My kids are bugging me. The guy driving in front of me is bugging me. The lady at starbucks who had to have her coffee remade not once but twice. I'm just saying that if you are going to be an anal retentave whore the drive through isn't for you. She was bugging me.

I want to DO something. I want to be productive. But the presence of 3 boys in my life just makes that an exercise in frustration.

And that is bugging me.

  1. stop deep breath and be aware of the things you do every day that are productive. You are raising your kids to be decent and respctful which is lot more then many are doing now a days. You are a contributing member of society... You are AWESOME

  2. Awww big hugs! I had that day yesterday!

  3. i feels ya sistah

you gotta get into MK somehow. gotta.

  4. As a former CPA with Ernst & Young, now a 30-something stay-at-home mom of 3, ages 3 and under, I'm with you: I can drive myself crazy wanting to "be productive."
And then occasionally I stop to remember: "This IS my job! Why am I so frustrated? What am I trying to hurry up and do? It's okay!"
My husband often reminds me that my productivity is a long-term investment in the lives of our family, particularly our children. We'll see results in 20 or 30 years, not at the end of the quarter or next fiscal year.
