post-it note Tuesday - wack job neighbor edition

Ugh..I can't believe I'm still awake...but the post-it calls.  These post-it's aren't up to my usual graphical standard, bite me.

Let's hope Scooter Dude doesn't read my blog...cause he knows where I live.
